09 rear end swap

I have a line on a complete 3:73 rear end assembly out of an 08 sierra that I would like to swap into my 09 crew that has 3:32 gears. This unit is LOW mileage, and the rear-end is CHEAP! I would be switching everything from brake drum to brake drum.

I need to ask the obvious questions here:

1. will it fit correctly
2. will it create problems with ABS, Traction control, etc.
3. can the computer be re-flashed for a different ratio cheaply and/or easily
4. what other problems have I not thought about that this swap might cause (other that warranty issues)

Will this be a "plug and play" swap? I googled and came up with several threads on boards that are not nearly as friendly as ours, and that left me with more questions than before.

I have wanted to make this swap since I got the truck, but gear swaps are very expensive on these trucks.
