Semi-Idiot needs help!!!!!

Ok, so I know there are a few threads on this, but I need it broken down dumby style for me. I want to convert to disc brakes all the way around and also to 5 lugs.
I found a front kit that looks good.

And the matching rear.

And I know I need the master & booster and the adjustable proportioning valve.

But my question is, will those kits actually convert my truck to five lug, or are those just built for a five lug set up. Also, what else will i need to complete this job?

Thanks for all the help.
