What is this
I sprayed DTM Epoxy on my cowl today.
I took the cowl to bare metal. I cleaned it with thinner, W&G remover until the rag came up clean. I tacked clothed before spraying. I have some weird spots showing through. Should I sand and repaint? Cover with highbuild and forget it? any idea what it is? the surface is smooth where the spots are.   The rest looks pretty good for my first time painting.
