Leaf springs replace vs rebuild.

My truck always had a 1" lean to the passenger side. To which I assumed to be the fact the stepside was missing its wood, and something fell down on the frame. It was level last August when I started driving the truck.

Well as I am beginning work on the suspension. I found out my spring has sagged.

So I have 2 choices rebuild or replace.

Anyone rebuilt sagged springs for them to sag quickly again?
