More brake issues

So no surprise that I've run into another snag, I was able to Jerry rig the parking brakes and they work great but now I'm dealing with the drums, when I updated to the 13" drums from the 14 bolt axle the guy had just replaced the wheel cylinders so the fittings for the 71 lines are too big for the 90s wheel cylinders. My question is can I use the wheel cylinders from the 71 brakes on the 13" backing plates? If so then I'd have the correct openings for the fittings, I just don't know if they changed the size of the opening for the wheel cylinders on the 13" backing plates as opposed to the 11" plates from the Eaton axle.
