Cleaning up a dirty/stained dash

Picked up a "new" dash for Dad's 95 last week.

Filthy and has a stain in front of the driver, but only one tiny crack that I'm pretty sure I can superglue and have it be invisible as it's barely started on the front edge that's covered by the gauge bezel.

I figured worst case scenario I can SEM it if it doesn't clean up well, but went ahead and bought it since it isn't all cracked up like the original dash.

That said, what should I use to clean it? Purple power, Simple Green, or ??? Don't want to mess it up, but need to see if it's going to look nice enough to use as-is or if I'm going to need to try to SEM it back grey.

Will try to get a pic after work to post.
