Re: Corn Dogs and Sushi

Corn dogs would come with mustard already on them if it wasn't better to apply it fresh, after heating, ready to bite. I have always loved mustard. It has it's own shelf on my fridge door (same a hot sauce). I just counted 9 different types. The problem is I don't eat much anymore that I use it on. I'm kind of a square about what you put on what food. I need to start exploring more. I eat ham, but mostly on egg sandwiches. I really don't fix hot dogs, but I eat sausages. I have a hot pepper relish I like on sausage. I mostly make turkey sandwiches for work. I guess I should try mustard on those. What else id mustard good on? I definitely put it on burgers! Turkey or beef, mustard is all I need

I have a lot of different mustards. Probably 10 in the fridge. Same with hot sauce/salsa, and peppers, hot and mild.

My wife just bought some weird gadget. A bourbon smoker. I had never heard of one. But can't wait to make some BBQ sauce with smoked bourbon. I think that'll work.
