Hello from Southern Maine

I found this site a week ago and I have already found more info here than anywhere else ! This is just awesome! I read this every day and I have to stop so I can get started on my 1969 GMC. I have posted the history and pictures here:
http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...d.php?t=352388

I didn't know there were so many members from Maine and New Hampshire, now I don't feel so alone doing this ! Thanks to everyone !!

Hi Mike, another Maine-ah here from Mechanic Falls, I joined a couple of weeks ago, and I love this site too! Found all sorts of great parts vendors, and have been working on my Cheyenne again. Good luck with your truck!

Keep your truck away from Lizotte or it will wind up in the truck division @ Oxford

Re: Hello from Southern Maine

Hi
My days at Oxford are long gone. I used to drag race there in my younger days hauled my drag car with a 1971 chevy 6 3speed short box. In 1975 I was class champion I won 24 of 26 races that year. Check out the next to last post here

http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...d.php?t=352388

of what my son and I did so I won't be going to Oxford.
