I just pulled a pair of front leaf springs on Saturday that were off of a 1990 1/2 suburban....3 leaf option. It also had dual front shocks. I'm guessing this was to occomodate either a snow plow or winch up front. Base suburban and blazers had only 2 leaf, negative arcs up front.

I am thinking that the 3 leaf pack I got will give me just a hint more height up front.
