Yosemite? If you hit Oregon I know some nice spots, though one can't accommodate a large RV on the best spots. You'll only like it if you like beautiful lakes, forests, ocean, light houses and good eaten'. Quote:

Re: Let’s see where the wind blows me
I'm really enjoying your trip. Been stuck at home far too long with everything. Vicarious travel is fun all by itself. I'm even reading the signs, which I probably wouldn't hardly do if I was really there, haha.

Tyler, My plan was to go to Mesa Verde I always thought you lived near Albuquerque When I looked at you avatar it was really close to where I was going For the rest of you following along, I pm’d him yesterday or the day before Leaving my phone # The crazy part is, I was in areas where there was no cell service today And I was getting behind on schedule because I need to be in Wichita on Thursday So, when I came to that turn off Mesa Verde Or Go straight to save 1/2 a day I went straight Never even knew you texted me Then I’m driving down the road and saw The green truck What!!!! Nice to meet you today I still can’t believe we bumped into each other Next stop Shattuck, Oklahoma |

Re: Let’s see where the wind blows me
It’s funny Eric, there was a set of unusual circumstances that led to that chance meeting. My wife and I both got home late from work and didn’t feel like cooking; dominoes night it was. Next, I don’t normally drive the 72 much during the week but for some reason I decided to take it. Third, I never go to that gas station I was coming out of when I pulled in front of you, I only happened to look down and see I was on E as I was headed past the station and ducked in.
As I was pulling out of the gas station I saw your RV coming and thought “man that looks like it could be Eric, nah... no way” sure enough.... the stars aligned perfectly! I too enjoyed the few minutes we had to bs. Drive safe my friend, and keep posting up those awesome pictures!

Re: Let’s see where the wind blows me
That made me laugh
This is where these threads get fun for me Looking back at the feedback I also raced a train today They basically go 70 mph And scare the $hit out of anybody At a RR crossing ( including me) With their horn blasting I missed taking a picture of the major pile up (wreck) of about 10 trailers Or whatever they are called On the side of the road Because I was going 75 trying to win The race |
