You may be mis representing the grille lights, mounting bolts should face down, and the notches should be off set, not centered. I think they may be out of a P-van, but not positive

Although you have not stated they are for the pick-ups, it is misleading to the un informed buyer

I think the lenses are different also.

Your taller Jack on the right looks to be a later model 3/4 from a 1974 or later?
I'm having trouble locating the correct info on the original jack sets.
