He said it was a rear ,then after I bought it he said it might be a front. I do have glasses. I just don't know where they are,

Re: Daverods 52

During these years the rear bumper and front bumper are the same(interchangeable), brackets are different.

Between backordered parts and wrong parts I'm not getting much done this month. Hope to get my cab back on this weekend. Welding up the exhaust today.

Re: Daverods 52

Done except for the very end. I think I'm going to run it through my bumper? Not sure what to do about a rear bumper. I put my front one the back and it looked kinda funny. If I run my exhaust out the back it hits the ground if i raise the front of the truck up.

Re: Daverods 52

few shots. Bumper came. It's a front. I'm going to get rid of it. Kinda worried about the air line being so close to the header. It does have rubber in it right?

Re: Daverods 52

I would'nt know about 95 I never go anywhere, but you could be on the wrong coast. Can't wait for the trip be sure to take pictures as you go. It seems like the bumper is to round for the back. It needs to be flatter in the middle. I've seen a lot of trucks with no bumper. I think thats the way they came. Different part numbers at Classic parts, the front one is $10 cheaper. I might swap it for the one I have. It's nice except for about a quarter size spot were the chrome came off.

Dave; perhaps you can get some inspiration from this beauty, seeing that you have been sort of quiet lately. bottom of the page

Re: Daverods 52

Hay I've been busy walking around my truck. Lots of thinking and stuff going on. I have been getting some things done. Lack of cash, knowledge and skill seem to have no effect on me. Whatever. Pictures to come.
