Im not sure, they were on it when I bought it, the previous owner had paintd them red and was going for the rat rod look. I have 3 of the 4 beauty rings also.

Thanks, they are 15x6.5 primered steel wheels from summit racing and painted ferrari red by my body shop, wrapped in a 235/75r15 Goodyear 2 1/2 whitewall with a baby moon chrome cap. Here are a couple close up shots from when I first put them on.
