I agree he text me to see if I was interested and threw me a price of 45k! I said no way and at that point he had not told me it was a repaint. I thought he mentioned he had two guys interested at 38k of which i said take the money but apparently they didnt want it. Nice truck but in my opinion needs to be a short bed at least and maybe some more options.

Saw that, trying to figure out what has been done to it, or is that a VIN mistake…

Just a quick note on the seller description - these appear to be pre-71 CK wheels (3 nub) which do not clear 71+ K5/10 calipers.

I talked to this guy a year ago before I bought ole blue when I was on the fence about taking on another project after the fire. He’s dropped the price since then.

“Only one repaint” = dents and rust covered in bondo underneath.

Re: Post Your Craigslist Finds Part 2

Okay this isn't a truck but I thought it was funny.

This guy is selling an old boat but he doesn't call it a boat. He calls it a "Pleasure Vessel'

Hey who doesn't like a good pleasure vessel right? My wife likes mine. (my boat)

https://bakersfield.craigslist.org/b...520152991.html

It's actually kind of a cool old boat. I wouldn't mind having it but I don't need another pleasure vessel that won't start when you need it to.

Now, if you had an ole 50’s nomad or a late 50’s truck, that would be a perfect match!

Unusual one. 70 c10 $2200. Not mine.

https://portland.craigslist.org/clc/...528074961.html

Up for sale a 1970 extra cab built in 1970, I bought this from a guy that had two. He was informed that 10 were made in 1970. I had plans to stick on 4x4 frame, but as with all things got busy.
It has standard rust, comes with new cab corners and replacement door-jam floors. Tried to start the engine with no luck years ago. I do have an 8' box that I can include.
Call or text Ben at 503=320=3044 Trades can include Morgan dollars or anything amphibious. easy way to go is cash.C

Is that a salvage yard, or a repair shop?
