Good looking car for sure. Build time really is not that long considering.

Re: This Thing Otta Scoot!

I calculate 9.90's at about 137 mph in the quarter, using 2675 lbs (2500 lbs car plus 175 pound driver) and 650 HP at the flywheel.

That's a lot of money for that.

Re: This Thing Otta Scoot!

I built this car over the last 10 years or so. Weighed it on a friend's farm truck scale, without me of course, it was 2370 lb
Roughly 400-410 eng HP, 9 inch 3:55 posi and bulletprooff 700r4. With only by my estimation of course, 350 hp to the rear, you could not stand on it at any speed below 40 mph without breaking loose. I cannot imagine that much power on a car of that weight.

If I had enough money to buy one of those I'd buy an airplane.

If I had enough money to buy one of those I'd buy a dozen true classics... and a shop to keep them in.

It's the same with planes, boats, Harleys, and collectible cars & trucks. To have enough money for one means you have more than enough

And racing.

How to make a small fortune racing? Start with a large fortune.

Re: This Thing Otta Scoot!

This F250 showed up in a cars.com ad banner. $585k! Very nice, has a Cummins and I'm sure a lot of nice stuff, but gol-ly day that's a chunk of change! Makes this carbon fiber Camaro a more economical choice (and a lot more fun. I can see using this Camaro as it was intended but not the F250. 'Let's go find some mud!" Yeah right!

Shoot! Can't share the picture. If curious, go to cars.com, search 1965 ford f250, and choose highest price filter in upper right. I'm pretty sure this truck will be first one up!
