s10 oops

I got a little ahead of myself i believe. I bought a 49 GMC g100 long bed with a 55 3/4 ton rolling chassis, 235 and 4speed tranny. it was missing the drive shaft(s) and rear of the transmission.

So, to get to my questions, i got in a hurry and bought a s10 at a good deal but it is a 95. after much research I'm confused as to what all i can use from this truck. specifically with the brake system. any info would help!! thanks
