Carriage bolts are a real pain.

Old frame is out.
What a bent up POS
Glad it's out and a couple of Sawzall blades later it's gone to scrap

Good progress! You said it was kinked and bent, but dude! That looks like a stock market graph or a heart monitor readout or something. Certainly not a frame rail.

Glad we decided to trash this frame.
And probably won't be one bolt my kid and I won't have a hand on thru this project

Really beginning to hate a P-19 shock pin.
Had cracks going 2 inches north and south of the right rear shock.
Cut the section out and scabbed in a bit of the old frame.

Also took another piece if the old frame to strengthen up this area

After several hours of beating the floor brace into submission.
And a custom brace Bender thing tool
