IN Swing Out Spare Tire Carrier - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

I've decided not to put the swing out spare tire carrier back on the 72 Blazer that I am refurbishing. Carrier and all brackets are in good shape with only some surface rust in a few spots. I think originally there may have been an inner top bracket that went inside the back bed pillar. On my Blazer, the top outer quarter panel bracket was bolted thru the pillar and utilized very large/thick washers to provide the necessary support. Carrier was on Blazer when I purchased it and it operated correctly. $450.00 + shipping + PP fee. (shipping thru UPS looks like $50-$90 depending how far you are from IN.)
