Anybody have a Comfort Grip steering wheel on a LMC tilt column? - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

The PO of my 71 bought one of the cheap made LMC chrome "Replacement Tilt Steering Column" part# 38-4838. I don't like the wood steering wheel that is on it. I want to put a Comfort Grip if possible.
It says in the LMC book these " Tilt columns can be used with original, reproduction, or aftermarket steering wheels"
Do you think the Comfort Grip will fit? Do you think the hub will be the right size and splined correct? If so will it have all the needed parts (in pic) hub, horn stuff?
