Slow service

I ordered parts online from Chevy Duty on the 13th and as of today they haven't shipped any of my parts. I've ordered from there before and they have always had on time shipping and good service that way but it has never taken this long to get my parts from them. I ordered parts from a different supplier on Saturday, online, and they shipped them yesterday (20th). In an email from Chevy Duty, on Friday the 17th, they said they would be shipping my order but the online tracking shows no activity on my order. Anyone else having trouble with Chevy Duty?

MJN,

I ordered some stuff from them and another vendor (GMC Pauls) the same day. Pauls stuff showed up 3 days later, and 4 days after THAT, Chevy Duties stuff showed up.

It's good stuff, but I did call to complain about the slow shipping.

I've ordered many times from them, and I haven't experienced this. Weird...

My order should be finally here today, after a week and a half of waiting for it. It only took LMC three days to get parts to me and I ordered bigger parts from them. Chevy Duty does have good quality stuff as far as '67-'72 stuff but this is the first time I've ordered from their '73-'87 parts.

All my experiances with them have been positive. They have even called me when my some of my stuff went back order. That was with a 1.5K order though. Maybe that lubed em up.

Yeah, I've ordered several times and only have positive things to say about them. I prefer them over others because the majority of the time their prices are much lower, and the parts fit/work great.
