1984 1/2 ton lower ball joint weird situation

I just installed lowering springs on my 84 half ton. The drivers side lower ball joint castle nut took a 1" socket, the passenger side lower ball joint castle nut took a 1 1/16" socket. Is this normal? The previous owner said he did replace a control arm but couldn't remember which one. The passenger side front sits about 1/4" higher than the drivers side. We're the lower ball joints different from the factory or is something jacked up here?

One side may have been changed somewhere along the way. Different brand/s. One side sitting higher than the other may be the spring is not sitting in the pocket all the way

I made 100 percent sure the springs ends were seated in the pocket. The 2 different size castle nuts are what's making me wonder what's going on

I've seen that before with different hardware even with the 4x ball joints, nothing to be concerned about. I'd be wondering more about the height difference

The drivers side sags because the springs are probably worn. That's what happens when you have a driver but no passenger most of the time, and especially if the driver was weight challenged.

The springs are brand new from the factory, the old springs that were also new but standard height exhibited the same issue.
