Short wheelbase FF14 bolt info

I have a 91 c30 cab and chassis. It has a standard cab squarebody front with a 8 x10 bed out back. Tbi5.7,sm465, ff14 bolt. Thing is going to be my light duty tow pig for pulling a 1500lb tilt trailer with a 4000lb or less car/small truck.

This was used as a landscapingtruck loading sod and such on the flatbed. It should be ok pulling a light car around a few times a year. Eventually having a lm7 under the hood.

This is my 4th c30. But its my first one with the narrow 14 bolt. I have a 11 leaf pack and the wheel cylinder is about an inch away from the leaf springs. Which will make running monte calipers impossible(the slide pins will hit the leafs) and will make bleeding the rear brakes a fun exersize involving long wrenches with pipe extentions.

I imagine there is a diffrent then normal length axleshaft to make this narrow. Any other diffrences like diffrences in the pads etc.
