If I Eliminate It Will The Wiper Motor Still Work?

Can I Just Remove The Leads From The Switch To Motor?

All you need to do is to unplug the brown connector with the dark blue and double yellow wires from the washer pump. The wiper will still work fine. You might want to wrap some tape around the connector so it can't short out on anything.
