How do you get a wrench on the PS pressure line?

Working on my 2005 Sierra. Have a leaky PS pressure line. Thought this would be an easy fix but I was sadly mistaken. I had no problem removing the line form the PS gear, but I can't for the life of me get a wrench on the fitting at the back of the PS pump. I've tried getting it from the top and spent too much time under the truck, still dripping with spilled fluid, and can't get it from the bottom either. Not enough room to get leverage on a wench.

So...tried to remove the pump to get at the fitting, but my regular pullers won't stay on the lip of the pulley hub. I hate giving up, especially after I've put all that time into this.

Suggestions?

(P. S. One more complaint - the fitting is 16 mm. I only have one 16 mm wrench and it is the kind with the ratchet at one end. Of course, my metric crow's foot socket skips 16mm. What the heck?)
