Maybe. If i turn either screw in it will lower the rpm both will kill the motor. I will take the carb off this weekend and tear it apart.
I also put a 3'' rubber hose extension for the bowl vent. But did't help.
and I tried just putting on a 2'' air cleaner spacer (no Base or Air cleaner) even the spacer bods down the rpms.

I forgot about this thread. I never Figure it out. Spent way to many hours on troubleshooting, hours I could be doing other things to the truck. I, Just order a new quad. From summit, problem fix.
