New guy from WI

I joined a couple years ago when I got the bug for a mid '60s C10 and have used this site many times for research. But I finally pulled the trigger on a '64 a couple weeks ago and it showed up yesterday. Lots of work ahead as I have uncovered numerous electrical issues along with it needing some basic maintenance parts.

Re: New guy from WI

Looks like you picked up a good one! Are you planning on any major changes or keeping it somewhat stock?

Keeping it stock for now with some upgrades for parts that need replacing like the seat, radiator, bed wood, etc. so we can enjoy it this summer. Other than the hood (which appears to have poorly applied primer), I plan to leave the body alone.

Re: New guy from WI

Welcome! Cool truck, thanks for posting pictures. I like your plan. I could totally see just taking care of the essentials, and driving that thing all over the place.
