Relocated battery wiring question

Ok, I got my battery box relocated to under the bed just behind the cab on the passenger side. My question is how did you run your wiring to the starter and how did you run your ground? Pics if possible.
Thanks,

I was thinking of running the wires on top of the frame rail but don't know if I have the clearance for it. As for the ground I was thinking of grounding to the frame near the battery box. Then I would ground from the frame to the engine block. I have my fuel, fuel return and brake lines running along the passenger side frame side rail.
