dashboards?

Has anybody removed their dashboard? If so how hard is it to do? I seen a 67 with a custom dashboard. I belive it was out of a 56 ford and was streched to fit the 67. It looked really good. Does anybody know where to get or know any info. on custom dashboards?

Thanks

The dash is welded in if you want to remove it you will have to cut it out. Dash clusters are sold by a great number of suppliers in ditital , electrical, mechanical, and even old looking stuff.

It is a lot of work and expensive but the best advice I could give is to plan it out before you start cutting. Picture it in your mind and make drawings, It is easy to change at this point. Also make sure the materials and hardware are availible to you.

XXL-Kenneth is in the middle of customizing his dash, but I haven't seen any up dates lately. You might contact him and see what he is doing.

good luck
