Instrument panel lights/cab light stopped working

Hi there,

My cab light and all of the instrument panel lights no longer work! Before, the speedometer was the only instrument that lit up when the headlights were on, and the cab light worked on demand, which was fine for me. They stopped working soon after I installed a third-party Pioneer stereo.

I don't see how installing the stereo (myself) could have stopped the operation of the lights, except maybe I disconnected some cable with my hands accidentally.

I need to get my cab light and hopefully all of the instrument panel lights working again... do you guys have any tips on what I should do?

Thanks!

check to see if the brake lights and parking lights went out too.
A fuse would probably be at fault if they went out too... it's all on the same one.
