What did your 67-72 truck get for Christmas?

OK, there must have been something under the tree with
To: Truck
From: Santa
Unfortunately the truck could not come inside and sit on the carpet under the tree and sip hot chocolate and open presents; it was stuck outside peeking through the window. But I did show the stuff to the truck. My truck got more presents than me. My 69 CST/10 received from Santa:

2-row all-weld construction aluminum radiator with cap
overflow reservoir
12SI alternator
CRC Freeze-off super penetrant

Non-invasive stereo, with Bluetooth, installed. Easily removed to prevent theft.

It's just a portable Bluetooth speaker (Belkin Fusive) we use in the back yard. Figured why not hang it on the ash tray and use it in the truck too.

Link to it on Amazon: http://a.co/fyhyxXZ

a lump of coal. zero. bumpkis. and the tractor next it is now refusing to start in protest. Nothing runs like a Deere. Except for a Massey Ferguson. Or about anything else. The best my JD ever moves out is on the back of the trailer headed to the JD dealer for repairs... Ok, enough on that. Ho Ho Ha.

The old girl got a crisp $100 bill to spend as she sees fit. I'm going to suggest a new flex plate for her.

Re: What did your 67-72 truck get for Christmas?

I wish it would be a new camshaft and lifter set but for now its some tunes! Took a spare radio, two 4 inch 200 watt speakers and installed it so I don't have to hear the tick when driving down the road.

Hopefully I'll swap in a new cam in a couple months

Five quarts of Castrol 10W-30 and new AC Delco filter. Although I have a hydraulic roller cam I still added a can of ZDDP.

Re: What did your 67-72 truck get for Christmas?

Sad to say that the truck didn't receive anything this year, however my 94 and 95 BBodies got treated to new (To me) wheels and a set of headers along with a nice chunk of cash to throw at them.

Re: What did your 67-72 truck get for Christmas?

Santa brought "Cash" a right angle die grinder for future bodywork, an air hammer, a 67 owners manual and brochure, and a garage door opener to replace the one that the PO of the property stripped out before the bank repossessed.

Re: What did your 67-72 truck get for Christmas?

Came about 3 days early, but the GMC got approval for collector plates. That means the owner will save a bundle on registration and insurance, which he can spend on power steering conversion parts...

Nada, unless you count being taken out for a little exercise. Pretty much the same thing our dogs got! Truck and dogs seemed to enjoy it equally.
