LOL!!!

Hey here's a few pics of his C-notches too

Before anyone says anything about the price, these c-notches are an exact match to the contour of the stock frame and are custom made. That being said, this set runs about $499.00

Sorry for the bad photos I didn't take any really good ones before they got packed up..

I am finally getting around to working on the truck. Should be soon and I will be posting pics of the IFS, crossmember, and step notches, and also my homemade redneck work station.

That's awesome workmanship.
Did you guys CNC the plates or plasma them out and fine shape them? (I'm referring to the C-notches)

We plasma the plates then tig weld them together and metal finish all
of the surfaces. Before we weld them we bend the plates in the shape
we need. Then weld and metal finish

Then there are boxing plates we made that go with the
x-member that have cut outs for the round tubing. Then you will do a finish weld on the outside of the box plate and
the tubing.
Justin

We are glad all you guys like the x-member

For starters that is a very nice looking piece. As for install will this just slide in when the frame is cut for the notches or?
Thanks for the info.

Kevin,
The frame will be boxed in first with 1/8 plate then the x-member will weld
to the box plates. The rear notch we made goes behind the x-member in
stock frame rail.
