'87 White Face Gauges/ Billet Dash Covers?

Hey guys. I know that the white face gauges are available for our trucks, but i was wondering if they offer different arrangements? ie: I have an overdrive tranny so i'd need a cover that had "P R N OD D 2 1" on it, also, do they make a speedometer one that has K/M's as the bold speed rather than miles. I didn't know if they made the heater-A/C covers but from the pik below i can see they do. Where is the best place to get these kits from?
In the following the pik the truck has billet covers on the dash. i have seen these around alot and was just wondering who makes them, and where is the best place to buy them?
Thanks for any input, and whosever truck this is below, i hope u don't mind me using it. Thanks...
