Re: Project: "No Name"

For anyone inquiring about full length BB headers on a 5/7 drop, these headers I went with stay under the truck very nice with plenty of clearance.

Well, she's on the road finally! Sure is nice to get back in the seat and enjoying what your hands have created!

Some of my pictures are a little blurry, sorry about that as I need a new camera phone.

I bet it's fun to drive! I can't wait to have a bed on mine so I can drive it around and enjoy it.

That makes 2 of us! Tell me 70-Chevy, what does a modded 496 feel like? I'd love to know what kind of times it'd run. Any plans to run it down a track at some point?

What does it feel like? LOL. Feels like a monster to be honest. That 700hp motor on 10" wide tires has NO issues burning through 2nd gear and spinning in 3rd, but I'm mostly cruising it ride now just enjoying my 12 year build. I'm considering putting street slicks on the back after these tires are gone and running it down to a local track we have, but we'll see. I built it to cruise and have fun with, so maybe one day!
