I just installed the one sell at Truck and Car Shop (brand is ADDCO) on my '72 5/7 drop on leafs w/ a CPP front sway bar. I noticed an immediate improvement, I wish I would have done it when I put the front on.

How about some pictures of the install? They don't come with any instructions, ones that are usable anyway.

I did not take photos throughout, just have this one final one for now. Install was pretty straight forward, requires 4 holes to be drilled.

Talking Re: LMC rear sway bar

Just info for you.
If you have the front bar on the truck, look into the 'No Limit" rear shock location kit. I took my rear bar off because it wasn't needed after installing Rob's kit. The kit moves the shocks out to the ends of the trailing arms. Makes a much better feel when taking curves.

If your truck is a leaf truck then never mind!

Get out and drive the truck this summer and have some fun!
It sucks not being able to hear!

LWB trucks rule, if you don't think so measure your SWB!
After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.

Is there enough room to remove the diff cover without dropping the stabilizer bar?

Re: LMC rear sway bar

I don't have any pics but I installed the same addco bar in my Suburban but in front and on top of the pinion. The bar ends in my install face forward. I had to do this because my exhaust runs down the rear frame rails (rear mounted gas tank). I had to purchase longer links (4x4) but otherwise seems to work fine.

There's a few inches gap, getting the cover would not be a problem. It's pretty easy to move out of the way too.

Thanks, that's good to know. I want one on mine because with the new shell and the Firestone tires, it has a little oversteer, without the trailer. If my wife was driving it, she'd panic, so I need to make it neutral. I'm already running 10 psi higher in the rear tires, per tire store recommendation.
