Best Degreaser

Have to clean bottom of the cab on my jimmy what is the best degreaser to use don't have a lot of oil on it just want to get it off and clean so I can paint it.

Purple Power is pretty effective. It has lye in it, so treat the rinsate with care.

I been using ez off oven cleaner and their grease remover . But you need the heavy duty the newer formula isnt as good

I use this stuff that is for cleaning condenser coils. Best cleaner is the cheapest cause you can use more of it.

For general purpose degreasing I mix it 50/50 with water and spray it on. I have a 1 gallon sprayer from Home Depot that I keep filled with it. It rinses off with plain water.

Another vote for Purple Power cleaner. I buy it in a gallon jug and use a heavy-duty plant sprayer.

Simple Green full strength works for me. Let it soak in then use a brush & rinse. Some areas may need repeat. YMMV

Just be aware many of the cleaners mentioned will leave a residue that will need to be removed before painting.
