Under my ownership, following work has been done:
New water pump, thermostat, and full-block coolant flush. Has conventional coolant now and cooling system is spotless.
Power steering pump replaced and system flushed.
Trans freshly rebuilt (5th gear failure, common in these trucks). New bearings, seals, and hard parts as needed, including upgraded iron tail housing.
Transfer case also freshly rebuilt and resealed.
GMT900 wheels wearing BFG KO2 tires, 265/75R17
Front hubs, rotors, calipers and pads
Tie rods, pitman arm and idler arm
Brake shoes, hardware, and rear wheel bearings / seals (14 bolt full float)
Catalytic converter replaced
MFPI injector upgrade
Intake gaskets replaced as a preventative (common failure in these trucks)
HVAC system overhauled with new Sanden SD compressor - blows cold!
Windshield recently replaced.
New headliner (ABS board)
G2 Axle cover on the rear diff
Oil changed in both diffs at 240k, engine oil changed with mobil1 every 5k
Curt 10K frame mount hitch
Factory HD trailer harness with 7 way plug and Hayes BrakeBoss brake controller.

Have many more photos documenting condition of body and frame.

This truck is absolutely rust free and has seen road salt only a handful of times. I hate to sell, but just have too many toys and not enough time/space ��.

Looking for $9500 or best reasonable offer.
