Kind of new but not really

Hey guys, my name's Charles and I've been lurking this site for a couple of years off and on. I was actually a member here before (69GMCtowrig) but I moved and changed email addresses and couldn't get logged back in under my old name. I had a 69 GMC long bed for a while but ended up selling that project due to lack of time and funds. I'm still into old cars and trucks but for now I spend all my time and money on my Jeep Wrangler and maintaining my fleet of Chevy and GMC trucks and dump trucks. I've got a 92 Chevy 3500 crew cab with almost 400K on it and a 01 Z71, and also 3 GMC 8500 dump trucks. Right now my big project is putting a Chevy drivetrain in my Wrangler with a D44HD front axle and an Eaton HO52 rear axle with 5.13 gears in the rear. Hopefully I'll be able to add a little something here and there to the board.
Later, Charles

Re: Kind of new but not really

Well, welcome back to me again lol..The Jeep is long gone, still have the 1992 3500 crew cab, with over 424,000 miles on it now, but for my birthday I bought myself a 1970 C10 long bed. Far better project than the old 69 GMC I had long ago. I've already had this one running, going to hook gas tank back up tomorrow to see if she'll run on her own without dumping gas in the carb. I re registered in december because I couldn't remember this user name but it struck me today what it was, and luckily remembered the password, and never got activated as that member name anyway, not sure what happened there. Anyway, here's some pics of the truck when i found it, and when i got it towed home. I keep forgetting to take newer pics when i'm working on it

Re: Kind of new but not really

Sorry for the huge pictures, I'm going to have to find a image editor so i can shrink them and attach them properly.
