1964 2 ton GMC

Just picked up a cool ole 64 gmc.it is red and has a water tank on it.it also has the front pump on the bumper.it was used by the county fire dept.the hood is rusty and has some rocker rust.looking to get $1000 or offer.It doesnt currently run,needs pints and the carb cleaned out.

The hood and windshield make me think it is actually a 60 or 61. 1964 would have had the flat windshield. What size engine? Nice looking truck BTW.

I agree with kenny, if the truck is original, like it looks like it is, it's a '60 or '61 GMC for sure. Definitely '63 or older with the wrap around windshield. Looks like a GMC Model 4000. If the engine is original, it most likely will be a 305 or 351 V-6. Love those old big trucks.

Also looks like it's been repainted at least once as some of the emblems have been removed and filled in. (Happens many times).
