Cluster light questions

Been wanting to ask for awhile but Forgot about it. I have been redoing the interior on it and it was done enough and the weather was too nice I had to take it out last night. I installed a rebuilt truck tilt column from randy500 on the board here and ever since then when I turn my lights on my blinker bulbs light up. The blinkers all work and the cluster bulbs flash as they should but then go back to solid once it cancels after the turn. I know he’s got everything new in it so where did I mess up? Or what could it be? I’d appreciate the help.

P.S. the truck ran great at least!

Re: Cluster light questions

I would start with grounding. Seems most times I have funky light activity it is ground related.

Re: Cluster light questions

Just had the same thing happen, turns out one of the front parking lights was messed up, and I guess the ground for the turn signals goes through the parking lights (?). Was confusing to me, but after changing out the parking light it magically worked fine. Go figure.
