Custom floor mats

Are the no companies that make a nice custom floor mat for our trucks? I am finishing my restoration on my C10 and want to put nice floor mats in to help protect the new carpet but I can't find anything decent.

Re: Custom floor mats

Here's a short thread on my search for floor mats...

https://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/...d.php?t=819008

Mine could be a few inches wider, but do fit nicely. They are a cut-to-fit universal set and I removed a very small section under the gas pedal to ensure that I had all the "go" I could get.

Re: Custom floor mats

I looked for a nice set as well and with all the aftermarket stuff out there for these trucks from mats aren't in demand I guess. I just bought these for a 67 cars. With a low hump cab they fit nicely.

Re: Custom floor mats

I bought a set of weather tech mats for my Chevy Equinox. I took the the carpeted ones out of the Equinox and put in my truck. They fit ok. But the quality of the carpet is very nice. Better than most aftermarket. So you may wanna try a local junkyard for some factory floor mats. Maybe a Silverado or something

I have a set of acc’s. They fit well, stay where you put ‘em. The color is supposed to be the same as the carpet I just installed, but it’s off a bit; the blue isn’t quite as BLUE. Not enough for me to worry, but if you’re a stickler for such things then maybe talk to your distributor when you order. I think I ordered from different suppliers, maybe three weeks after I ordered the carpet itself. They cost a bit more than I’d have thought they would, but I’d buy them again. One oddity (I thought): the floor mats do NOT have the plastic/rubber/vinyl heel pad welded in like the carpet does.

Re: Custom floor mats

I haven't looked, but how about Lloyd mats? I know they make nice mats, but don't known if they make some for our trucks.

Lloyd was the first place I looked. I have a set of Lloyd's in my Z06 but unfortunately they do not carry then for the 67-72 C10.

Re: Custom floor mats

Sorry I went back and looked at Lloyd's again and they do offer custom mats for our trucks. That's definitely where I am ordering from.
