68-72 Vent Window Assembly

Has anyone used an OER brand vent window assembly? If not what did you use and how did it fit? Mine need rebuilding or replacing. I am leaning on rebuilding but may consider replacing.

I did the rebuild on mine and it was not very difficult. Just pay attention during disassembly and take your time. I bought a kit from Southwest Classics in Arlington Tx that included the seals, rivets and a rivet tool.

Only rebuild one side at a time so you can look at the other if you need to.

Thank you, I agree but if I do rebuilt them I will need to paint or powder coat the metal showing above the door. I may end up taking both apart to refinish them at the same time but I will take pictures before and during disassembly. My truck has no chrome trim on the windshield or rear glass and the repro units as far as I know all are chrome, I would rather have them black.
