Has anyone come across a radio delete panel with "GMC" written or stamped on it?

You might try asking over in the Heavy Haulers section. Radio delete plates are more common in the big trucks. As are the GMC's.

I have never seen one for 67-72

Task Force series, maybe. The chevy delete for my Apache has a bowtie on it.

Is it the same dimensions as the '67-72 Delete Plate?
Interesting. So conceivably there might be a stack of GMC delete plates out there, covered in unicorn crap.

The older deletes are smaller.
