Re: door glass conversion

That’s good to hear, I’ve been reading very mixed reviews. I’m hoping they’ve made some adjustments over the years to make them better. I’m definitely leaning towards 1 piece kit.

Re: door glass conversion

So I'm curious if anyone knows exactly what changes they made to the earlier kits. I bought a kit ~15 years ago (I assume that qualifies as the earlier version) and there is nothing to prevent the front channel from flopping around - its no wonder the glass could/would fall out and unless I'm misunderstanding from above discussions nothing has changed. I haven't used the kit yet - wish I knew if the glass is the same shape as the older version because I could probably figure out something for the front channel. I hesitate to call and ask Brothers because they'll probably say sure its changed but won't be able to tell me how.
