91 C/C FF 14 bolt swap with 98 3500 FF 14 bolt

The 14 bolt I have under my 91 squarebody c/c c30 is a narrow axle and the 11 leaf pack gives me around 1/2" to bleed that wheel cylinder.

So I need to switch hubs to get away from those leafs. Are the 98 hubs/drums/brakes etc the same letting me simply swap hubs? . Or even just swap axles (new U bolts of course)? Any brake issues or would it be possible to use older wheel cylinders?

Read over bill vista's 14 bolt bible and found out the 98 will work.
