New 67 c10, Does this rear end suspension look factory to you?

Just picked up this 67. Its my first vintage truck and I don't have any local friends in the scene to ask questions to. Soooooo, here I am.

The previous owner was a Mechanic and I bought the truck from the widow. Does this rear end suspension look factory to you guys? Something just doesn't look kosher to me. I really have no idea what is going on here. Everything painted in yellow looks as if it is from a later model truck. Thoughts?

Thanks guys!

That's a factory 60-72 rear truck-arm w/coils suspension layout. A leaf spring suspension was available too.

Building a small, high rpm engine with the perfect bore, stroke and rod ratio is very impressive.
It's like a highly skilled Morrocan sword fighter with a Damascus Steel Scimitar.....

Cubic inches is like Indiana Jones with a cheap pistol.

Thank you sir. The color difference from the rest of the suspension threw me off.
