Re: WTB drive shaft for shortbed

Have you looked into having a new one built locally ? it may be less expensive and faster than finding a good used on and the cost to have one shipped ?

Re: WTB drive shaft for shortbed

Did they come originally in one piece stock? I have one available,(72 swb) but its a two-piece with the carrier bearing.
If not I would also suggest having a shop fab one as thats what I did.

Re: WTB drive shaft for shortbed

I just bought one from them for my Falcon. Super reasonable, fast shipping and a warranty. That's tough to beat.

Traditionally the GMC would have been a 2 piece and the Chevrolet would have been a 1 piece but back then you could order it the way you wanted. Same with leaf and coil spring rears.
