We'll be turning clocks back soon. Gaining an extra hour in 2021 is like getting a bonus track on a Yoko Ono album.

Let's not malign 2021 by comparing it to Yoko.

When told the reason for daylight saving time, the Old Indian said, "Only the government would believe that you could cut a foot off the top of a blanket, sew it to the bottom, and have a longer blanket."

I think Evening Twilight Savings Time would be better. Sliding off into the evening and getting to the whiskey drink, or beer. After a hard, short, days work.

I'm used to DST and it doesn't bother me at all. I guess I'd rather set a clock twice a year than have to change the hours I work. Tell that Indian no one thinks the days get longer, just more usable daylight within the hours we operate daytime jobs.

Yeah, I think it's worse for them. I usually stagger the feeding times over a few days by ten minutes per day. They really don't seem to mind. Only need to do that in the Spring, though, because of the added hour. They sure like breakfast an hour early!
