SC WTB Floor-shift Manual trans steer column part

I am looking for the below pictured part for my 86 Blazer project. It must be floor shift and manual transmission since I am going with floor shift auto and I need this to match that plan. NO column shift stuff to look weird. For some reason my Blazer came with this part missing which is strange because it was a military then police vehicle.
