Re: ChevyLand ‘The Truck Photo Tour’

Maybe 141274

I guess being in Bend OR for its midlife
Was a good thing, and explains why it’s pretty rust free

2001 - 16696 miles
1988 - 09242 miles

Re: ChevyLand ‘The Truck Photo Tour’

I suppose that’s not definitive because the PO may have always kept the window up. If the sill paint was worn down I’d figure 140k+ for sure.

Re: ChevyLand ‘The Truck Photo Tour’

We see them worn a lot here in California
My guess is being from Bend Oregon it is a cooler climate so the window wouldn’t be open as much ??
Edit....
It also has a later model seat in it that is very low, where it is uncomfortable to rest your arm on the window

I drove up to Salem and found what I believe to be the old Capital Chevrolet buildings. Main building looks like 1930's Art Deco building and there may have been other buildings on the same block that were part of the dealership.

Come summertime in the high desert it is hot! I bet those wing windows have spent their share of time providing the A/C!
