Question How do I ID

I have a 67 GMC CM1500 I am about to redo the brakes..... I know the rear in has been changed from 6 lug to 5 lug is there a awy to Id so I can be sure of parts like rear drums , brake cylinders and such????

Does it look like the rear has been removed and replaced with a '71/72 unit?
You could always just get the '71/72 items and take them back if they don't work on there...
Hope someone has a better answer for you.
